We'd like to raise awareness against buyers such as this.
Our long time buyers know how much time and effort we place with each order and if there are lapses, we make efforts to make it up to our customers. Whether it be through refunds or free products.
However, we cannot tolerate situations like this. We're not earning a lot, not all businesses do.
I am not here to condemn this person, rather it is their actions, but to tell people that this happens and hopefully it will never again.
