💗 50% Down Payment
A 50% down payment is required to confirm your order and begin preparing your materials and handmade items.
📦 50% Remaining Balance
The remaining 50% must be paid when your order is ready and about to be shipped.
❌ ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you decide to cancel your order after paying the down payment, only 25% of the down payment received will be refunded. The remaining 75% of the down payment will be non-refundable to help cover materials, labor, and order-processing costs.
✨ REFUND EXAMPLE
For a total order worth ₱1,000:
• Total order: ₱1,000
• 50% down payment: ₱500
• Refundable amount (25% of ₱500): ₱125
• Non-refundable amount: ₱375
