TO ALL OUR VALUED CLIENTS, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF OUR PULL-OUT POLICY
We would like to make this announcement to ensure that everyone is properly informed regarding our PULL-OUT TIME, RENTAL ITEMS, AND PULL-OUT/GAS FEES.
PULL-OUT TIME means that our team will return to the event venue to collect ALL catering equipment, dรฉcor, and other items belonging to us. We make sure that nothing is left behind because every item needs to be accounted for, transported, cleaned, stored, and prepared for future events.
If you would like to use or rent our tables, chairs, or other event equipment, please understand that these items are subject to our RENTAL CHARGE.
Aside from the rental fee, a GAS FEE / PULL-OUT FEE will automatically be charged because our team needs transportation to retrieve the rented items after the event. This fee also helps cover the fuel used by our vehicle and the manpower required to load, organize, and transport the items back to our storage area.
We kindly ask everyone to understand that the cost of fuel, transportation, labor, and business operations continues to increase. GASOLINE AND DIESEL ARE NOT FREE, AND OUR STAFF'S TIME AND HARD WORK ALSO HAVE A COST.
These fees are not intended to be an additional burden to our clients. They help us cover the actual expenses involved in providing and maintaining our services while ensuring that our team and equipment are properly taken care of.
