Back to my first love. 🤎

I’ve been working with fresh flowers a lot lately, and somewhere along the way, I thought I was starting to outgrow dried flowers.

Maybe I just needed to see them differently.

This class made me work with dried flowers differently, and I think that’s what I needed. To explore again, play around, and create beyond how I used to.

Maybe I never really lost the spark. It’s always been here. I just found another way back to it.

I’ve been looking at these photos a little longer today.

Funny how the slow days make you question everything. They make you feel like you’ve stopped growing, like you’re standing still. But looking back, I realized I’m no longer praying from the same place I used to.

Before I launched LIV in February 2024, I surrendered this dream to the Lord over and over, trusting that if He placed it in my heart, He would make a way.

Now the slow days are here again.

But maybe this is just my reminder that malayo pa, pero malayo na.

To everyone who’s been here since the beginning or found LIV along the way, thank you for growing with me. 💫
