To keep the costs low and make these flashcards affordable, we are implementing a Pre-Order Batch System (minimum of 10 slots per batch).
1️⃣ Secure your slot: This is a Payment-First Policy via GCash).
2️⃣ Production: Once the minimum 10 slots are filled, production begins.
3️⃣ No Rush Orders: We process by batch to save on shipping costs from our supplier to our shop.
SAMPLE TIMELINE:
• Day 1: Minimum 10 slots are filled and fully paid.
•Day 1-6: Production period.
•Day 6-8: Transit (Supplier to Sheety Business).
•Day 8-9: Quality check and packing).
•Day 9: Shipment to you!
🛡️ Quality Assurance and Handling
Your cards come professionally shrink-wrapped directly from our supplier. Because we want to keep the seal intact for you, we cannot inspect the cards inside until you open them.
To ensure they arrive safely, we adapted the same outgoing packaging which include bubble mailers and poly mailers for extra protection during transit.
❓What if there's a problem ❓
If you open your package and notice significant defects (e.g., missing cards, wrong prints), please follow our RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
1️⃣ Unboxing Video: We strictly require a raw, unedited unboxing video starting from the pouch's opening to the product's inspection.
2️⃣ Contact Us: Message our page or email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.
3️⃣ Resolution: Depending on the defect, we will offer a discount voucher for your next order or a partial refund or a replacement in the next production batch. This helps us inform our supplier and improve the product for everyone 🫶
