In Hosea 11:4, Christ shows how He draws us—not by force or distance, but with tenderness: “with cords of a man, with bands of love.” He comes to us in a personal, human way to win our hearts.
Today, He continues to draw us by cherishing us outwardly, nourishing us inwardly, and sanctifying us within. His goal is not only to save us, but to bring us into a living and loving relationship that builds us up together as the church—His Bride.
We respond to His drawing by staying in the church life, remaining in the Word, and keeping fellowship with Him and with one another. As we do, His life works in us—transforming and building us—until we become His expression.
In the end, Christ will present the church to Himself as a glorious Bride.
