Homemade Chicken Burger Patties juicy, flavorful & way better than frozen!
For patties:
•Chicken - 200g
•Garlic cloves - 9-10
•Onion - 1 small
•Green chilli - 2-3
• Yellow mustard - 1 tsp
• Peri peri sauce - 1 tosp
• Hot sauce - 1 tbsp
• Paprika powder - I tsp
• Ginger powder - 1 tsp
• Salt - 1 tsp
• Black pepper - 1 tsp

For Sauce:
• Mayonnaise - 1/3 cup
• Yellow mustard - 1tbsp
•Chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
• Hot sauce - 1 tsp
•Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp

Super moist & chocolatey chocolate cake
For the Cake:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• A pinch of salt
• 1 room-temperature egg
• 1/2 cup cooking oil
• 1/2 cup warm milk
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 cup hot water

For Chocolate Ganache:
• 1/2 cup dark chocolate
• 1/2 packet fresh dairy cream
• 1/4 cup warm milk
• Chocolate chunks
