1 cup warm milk (240ml)
2 tsp instant yeast (7g)
2 tbsp sugar (25g)
1 tsp salt (6g)
3 tbsp oil (45ml)

⭐️Cotton Soft Dinner Rolls 🤍

Soft, fluffy, buttery and bakery-style dinner rolls made with a simple no-fail recipe. Perfect for beginners and super easy to make at home.

Ingredients for 12 Dinner Rolls✅

All-purpose flour: 3½ cups / 430g
Sugar: 3 tbsp / 38g
Salt: 1 tsp / 5g
Instant yeast: 2 tsp / 6g
Milk powder: 2 tbsp / 15g optional but best
Lukewarm milk: 1 cup / 240ml
Egg: 1 large
Soft butter: 4 tbsp / 55g

Method✅

Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast and milk powder. Add lukewarm milk and egg, then mix into a soft dough. Add butter and knead for 10–12 minutes until smooth and stretchy. Cover and proof until double. Punch down, divide into 12 balls, shape tightly and place in a greased tray. Proof again for 30–45 minutes until puffy. Brush with egg wash and bake until golden. Brush melted butter immediately after baking.

Oven Settings✅

🌸Electric oven: 180°C for 15–18 minutes, middle rack, both rods.
🌸Fan oven: 170°C for 14–16 minutes.
🌸Built-in electric fan oven: 180°C for 15 mins middle rack. Last 2–3 minutes upper heat for color.
🌸Without oven: Preheat heavy pot for 10 minutes, place stand inside, bake on low-medium flame for 20–25 minutes.
🌸Air fryer: 160°C for 10–12 minutes. Check early because air fryers brown fast.

• Milk – 120ml (½ cup)

Method ✅
Butter + sugar cream karen.
Eggs add karen one by one.
Vanilla add karen.
Dry ingredients sift kar ke add karen.
Milk add kar ke batter ready karen.
160°C par cake bake karen. Cool kar ke slices cut karen.
Slices ko dobara bake karen until crispy & golden.

Oven Settings:✅
Preheat: 160°C – 20 mins both rods
Cake bake: 160°C – 45/50 mins
Rusk bake: 160°C – 20 mins each side

Air Fryer Settings:✅
Cake: 150°C – 30/35 mins
Rusk: 150°C – 8/10 mins each side

Without Oven / Pot Method:✅
Medium low flame
Preheat pot: 10 mins
Cake: 45/50 mins
Rusk slices: 10/10 mins each side
