🧶 Knitted Twisted Headband Pattern (Beginner Friendly)

✨ Materials:
Bulky yarn (soft wool or acrylic)
Knitting needles (5–6 mm)
Scissors
Yarn needle

📏 Size:
Adult: 18–20 inches length (stretchy)
Width: 4–5 inches

🔢 Pattern:
Step 1: Cast On
Cast on 18–22 stitches (depends on how wide you want)
Step 2: Knit Pattern (Rib Style)
Row 1: K1, P1 (repeat till end)
Row 2: K1, P1 (same as above)

➡️ Repeat these rows until length reaches 18–20 inches

🔄 Twist Method (Important Step):
Fold your strip in half
Place ends like this 👉 cross them to form a twist
Align all 4 edges together
Sew neatly using yarn needle
