This is the first floor extension of the previously renovated full-service restaurant (FSR) hospitality project located in G-11 Markaz, Islamabad. The design generates an expression along the same lines of a lively experience with loads of color. The interior is a mix of multiple colored teapots suspended from the ceiling with wall murals over re-used brick cladding along with raw bamboo screens to complete the visuals of the internal dining area.

Project Completion Time - 12 months

Based on minimalist lines & contemporary details, this project is one of our signature high end luxury residences based in the heart of capital, Islamabad. The turnkey project was completed within a span of 12 months from start to finish along with the furnishing.

The location of the plot is one of only a handful in Islamabad which opens up to 3 sides. So as a conscious design decision, the firm designed the layout plan to open up the residence to views from all 3 sides to maintain visibility throughout the internal spaces.

The interior and exterior has been conceived holistically in earthen and warm tones with a minimal color palette simulating a very subtle conversation between the natural materials and a mixture of contemporary design language. The external facade is a balanced composition of travertine and facing brick clad volumes which has been incorporated in the visual experience of the interior as well. The hand-picked marble slabs offer a seamless look for the interior with a double height entrance foyer welcoming the visitor for the visual experience. The placement of the staircase just beyond the entrance opens up the whole space visually and the design maintains transparency throughout the visual space.

Based on classical & neoclassical details, this project is one of our high end luxury residence series based in the heart of capital, Islamabad. The conceived interior has been realized in a majestic white palette with only subtle use of colors through selective materials highlighting accent walls & features. The book-matched marble slabs offer a seamless look for the whole interior throughout the residence with a central solid wood clad staircase acting as the focal point throughout the naturally well-lit habitation. It houses a complete swimming pool, whirlpool bath, steam & sauna, theater room as well as other amenities & entertainment.

The Head Office for Duch Foods is one of our Corporate Office Design Commissions based on contemporary tones and minimalist lines, located in I-10/3, Industrial Area, Islamabad. The design maintains transparency throughout the offices while simulating a very subtle conversation between the natural materials used with very earthen tones and a mixture of contemporary design language.

The facility is divided into 2 main areas - the front office & the factory behind the same. The approach for the facility is a protruding Travertine clad wall which masks the entry to the factory for the front office staff with dense plantation in between which provides interluding color throughout the design experience. The reception area is framed by raw travertine wall cladding a backlit logo feature with handpicked slabs from Egypt. Since there's a lot of Labor & Material movement throughout the office, to counter the issue of periodic maintenance, the walls have been clad with a patented wall paneling system. The Executive Area features Bespoke furniture along with wooden flooring to break down the monotony in color and materials with minimal use of paint. It maintains visibility all round the office to promote dialogue between the spaces & users blurring the distinctions between hierarchy.
