PROJECT: Marketing and Real Estate Office
LOCATION: F-11 Markaz, Islamabad
CLIENT: Private Group
Scope: Interior design
Theme: As per requirements from the client the theme for this particular project was elegance and interactive design. The main goal was to have an elegant environment with the use of wood work, feature walls and modern shaped furniture. The design was done in such a way that the office can be used as whole as well as can be used as separately for more than one group. It has a lot of different space created for multiple use and peace of mind.

NO OF STORIES: 3 Basement, Ground+20 stories
The project has a modern architectural style. The building’s facade is characterized by its use of clean lines, geometric shapes, and neutral colors. The use of large windows and balconies allows for ample natural light to enter the building’s interior spaces. The corner plot and Hight of the building allow the building to have views from all the sides.

SCOPE: Planning and Infrastructure Design
THEME: The basic theme of this planning is to give the residents the most natural feelings with in this place. The design is such that every resident can enjoy a sense of greenery and the life of green jungle with in their own vicinity. The houses are arranged in a grid-like pattern with roads connecting them. The lake is in the center of the community providing the additional requirements of natural habitat.

SCOPE: Planning and Interior Design of Café-11
THEME: The wooden ceiling, walls, and shelves with plants to give the space an organic feel, while the white marble floor and blue chairs are given to add a touch of modernity. The light color scheme has been given to create an inviting atmosphere that is perfect for dining.
