As a multidisciplinary expert, I specialize in interior design, architecture, landscaping, furniture design, digital art, jewelry design and art therapy. Naveeda Sultan, a master of art and design from Punjab University and Hunerkada School of Art & Design, has made a remarkable mark in the creative world. With expertise in interiors, furniture design, oil paintings, and digital art, she founded the esteemed design label 'Veeda.' Over her 22-year career as an interior designer, Naveeda has transformed spaces into metropolitan havens of luxury, working on prestigious projects including hotels, malls, guest houses, hospitals, and VIP lounges. Her designs seamlessly blend modern aesthetics with comfort and functionality, leaving a lasting impression of sophistication. Naveeda's artistic vision extends beyond interior design to the realm of 'impressionism' and digital painting. Through unmixed oil colors and unconventional techniques like using cloth or hands instead of brushes, she creates captivating artworks that capture nature's essence and celebrate the beauty of women. Her talents have earned her recognition in various exhibitions and competitions, including being the sole representative of digital painting at the (Islamabad Art Festival 2019), where she explored the rich indigenous art of Pakistan. Through art, individuals can express and release their emotions, leading to healing and personal growth. Art therapy taps into the subconscious mind, transforming limiting beliefs and promoting happiness, stress reduction, self-awareness, and confident self-expression. Naveeda's desire to give back to society stems from her belief in the transformative potential of art therapy, guiding others towards emotional healing, self-discovery, and well-being. In summary, Naveeda Sultan's creative journey spans diverse artistic domains, from interior design to impressionist and digital painting. With her exceptional skills, she has left an indelible mark on prestigious projects and garnered acclaim for her artistry. Recognizing the profound impact of art therapy, she aims to empower others by facilitating emotional release, self-exploration, and personal transformation.
