Growing plants or your own food indoors doesn't mean you have to invest in expensive grow lights!

There are many plants that can be grown inside the house without a lot of space or effort.

Here goes the list:

𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗯𝘀
🟢Microgreens
🟢Salad leaves
🟢Scallions (Green onions)
🟢Garlic
🟢Cherry tomotoes
Keep these plants near sunlight for a period of time in a day.

The famous NASA research scientist Bill Wolverton's experiment published in 1989 concludes that :
"Indoor plant can scrub the air of cancer causing volatile organic compounds (VOCs)."

So, the question remains that how these indoor plants purify the air?

Plants absorb some of the particulates from the air at the same time that they take in carbon dioxide, which is then processed into oxygen through photosynthesis.

But that's not all...

microorganisms associated with the plants are present in the potting soil, and these microbes are also responsible for much of the cleaning effect.

While searching on heat absorbent plants I went through these names mentioned in the post.🌺🏵️🌼

A bit astonishing it was to know that flowers are really good at absorbing heat ☀️🔥🌡️

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲!

𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐛 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭, thus the flowers in bright colours does the same job;)

Harvard research says that Hibiscus absorbs this most heat!🌺

I think Karachi people will buy more flowers from now😅

Arranging a rooftop top garden with unique flowers and selected plants may be difficult,

🧑‍💻Researchers estimate that there are 𝟐𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐬 each year in Cairo because of 𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.🌫️

Now, the problem is that Cairo is heavily dense and populated city.

Where to plant trees??🌳🌳
Where to create Greenspaces??🪴🌱

Didn't imagine that vegetables are divided in SO MANY categories 🤐
The first and the last ones are the favorite ones:)

It's a pleasing experience of something you love alot growing in front of you!😀

Except for the patience you have to bear to get the final fruit😅
