World's Best Fudgy And Gooey Brownies | Chocolate Fudge Brownies | Perfect Fudge Chocolate Brownies

RECIPE: 👇🏻
DRY INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1 and 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 Tsp
Baking soda 1 Tsp
Salt 1/2 Tsp
WET INGREDIENTS:
Eggs 4 large
Sugar 1 and 1/2 cups
Oil 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 2 Tsp
Melted semi sweet chocolate 1 cup
Milk 1/2 cup
Grease the BAKING DISH (9x13 inches) and line with parchment paper.
FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE:
1. Add little amount of water in a sauce pan and let it simmer.
2. Place the bowl of chopped semi sweet chocolate on top and melt the chocolate.
3. Once its done remove the bowl from heat.
LETS START MAKING BROWNIES:
1. Assemble all the DRY and SIFTED ingredients in a bowl and mix it well with a whisk.
2. In another bowl add eggs and sugar, whipped well until foamy.
3. Add oil and vanilla essence, whisk again.
4. Add the dry ingredients 3-4 Tbsp at a time.
5. Gently fold in the mixture with spatula.
6. Once you are done mixing the dry ingredients add melted chocolate and milk.
7. Fold it again gently.
8. Pour all the batter into a prepared baking dish.
9. Tap it 3-4 times on counter top to avoid air bubbles.
10. Put the dish in preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F for 25-30 minutes.
FOR SERVING:
1. Take out the brownies, do not over cook.
2. Let them cool completely before cutting and serving.
