A contemporary elevation designed around a refined balance of raw textures, warm materials, and expansive glazing.
The façade combines exposed concrete, charcoal-toned cladding, warm wood-finish elements, and sleek black aluminium framing to create depth and contrast. The generous floor-to-ceiling glass openings bring natural light deep into the interiors while giving the elevation a clean, open character.
The vertical proportions, layered volumes, projecting planes, and wooden vertical louvers add rhythm and privacy, while the recessed entrance creates a strong focal point. The landscaping softens the architectural geometry and brings a natural layer to the overall composition.
A modern elevation where material, light, proportion, and texture come together.
