The property is a 3.32-acre lot located in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, USA. The goal is to create a holistic, environmentally responsible and socially conscious mixed-use development that seamlessly integrates commercial and residential spaces. Led by SAS Design House, the project is rooted in sustainable architecture, ensuring long-term resilience, energy efficiency, and optimal resource utilization while enhancing the overall quality of life.

This project has been an exciting journey of thoughtful design and sustainable innovation. We revitalized the existing plaza, enhancing its functionality while seamlessly integrating modern townhouses with private garden spaces both in the front and back. The development now features ample parking, EV charging stations, and a dedicated play area, fostering a vibrant and eco-conscious community. Plus, the addition of office spaces above the plaza brings convenience and accessibility to the heart of this mixed-use hub. A perfect blend of sustainability, comfort, and urban innovation!
