Project: π™π€ππŽπ“π„ π‡πŽπ”π’π„

Area: 24000 sft

The project is focused on adapting and integrating with the urban surroundings, using vegetation as a primary tool. The land spans nearly 2200 m2, yet the constructed house occupies a modest area with a total floor space of 1296 m2 (the first floor covering just 319 m2). The remaining space is dedicated to landscaping, swimming pools, and gardens. A significant challenge arises from the amalgamation of two distinct user requirements for the house, necessitating full coherence between the dwelling and its surrounding landscape. To address this, we devised a master plan that caters to both perspectives.

The ground floor comprises straightforward functional spaces, creating a horizontal flow that divides the garden into two distinct areas: the front serving as the entrance with parking facilities, a swimming pool, outdoor entertainment space, and fruit trees.

Conversely, the first floor is oriented perpendicular to the ground floor, extending across the land to provide views of both the front and rear gardens. Supported by a console structure projecting 1.8m, the upper bedroom block acts as a substantial eave, providing shelter for the ground floor. This design element effectively shields the interior from direct sunlight and rain during winter, ensuring a comfortable living environment.

The architectural project stands out for its innovative integration of 8 housing units on each level and a 48-unit place on 6 levels, blending seamlessly with the urban landscape while meeting the specific needs of its residents. Leveraging the land's topography, the design maximizes green spaces and prioritizes resident well-being through well-lit homes, private outdoor areas, and thoughtful landscaping. The project's adaptability addresses site challenges, creating functional living spaces that balance social interaction with privacy. Sustainability and aesthetics are central to the design, ensuring the project harmonizes visually with its environment.
