TODAY'S RECIPE IS Potato Roll Samosa | Aloo Samosa Recipe | Potato Pinwheel Samosa | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
Boiling potato 2 medium size
Onion 1/4 cup
Green chilli 2 pieces
Parsley 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Coriander 1 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Mix well
Keep aside
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste l
Oil 1 tbsp
Mix well
Water as needed
Knead well
Dough form
Dust some flour
Spread potato mixture evenly
Apply some water
Roll gently
Dip into beaten egg
Fry until golden brown medium low flame
