ange of products because we believe that healthy, comfortable and luxurious sleep is essential to long life and sustained happiness. In order to deliver the very best bedding possible, we decided to combine modern textile knowledge and materials with traditional hand-quilting methods and artisanal attention to detail. Thus, our work preserves and promotes the quality and artistry of meticulous craftsmanship – and makes it available to today’s discerning customer. We handcraft each duvet and pillow with attention to every detail, using traditional guild quilting methods. Our company’s looms are built according to traditional designs. Our carding machine is a renovated classic that has served generations of master craftsmen – and we acquired it and restored it with the knowledge and experience of artisan quilters working today. We are proud to both protect an endangered handicraft from disappearing and help train and employ a new generation of master craftsmen – all while making such luxurious and beneficial products entirely by hand.

Idealna technika dla lnianego prześcieradła - zachowuje jego naturalną miękkość, a łóżku nadaje uporządkowany, elegancki wygląd.

Krok po kroku:
1. Rozłóż prześcieradło Top na łóżku, tak aby równo opadało z każdej strony.
2. Wsuń boczne krawędzie pod materac, tak jak przy zwykłym prześcieradle.
3. Unieś dolną krawędź prześcieradła, tworząc trójkątny fałd skierowany w stronę łóżka.
4. Podwiń zwisające części materiału pod materac.

Hospital corners - how to make a Top Sheet, step by step

The perfect technique for a linen sheet - it preserves its natural softness while giving the bed a neat, elegant look.

Step by step:
1. Lay the Top Sheet over the bed, so it hangs evenly on all sides.
2. Tuck the side edges under the mattress, just as you would with a regular sheet.
3. Lift the bottom edge of the sheet, forming a triangular fold pointing towards the bed.
4. Tuck the hanging sections of fabric under the mattress.
5. Lower the raised triangle and tuck it under the mattress too - creating a neat, crisp corner.

This is the perfect technique for a linen sheet - it preserves its natural softness and gives the bed a neat, put-together look.

Ostrzyżone, a wciąż chowają się w cieniu. Dlaczego?

Alpaki pochodzą z wysokich andyjskich płaskowyżów - żyją nawet na wysokości 4 tysięcy metrów n.p.m.
To zupełnie inny klimat niż europejskie lato: rozrzedzone powietrze, duże różnice temperatur między dniem a nocą, ale nigdy taki upał, do jakiego przyzwyczajeni są mieszkańcy nizin.
Dlatego nawet ostrzyżone, pozbawione swojego puszystego runa, alpaki instynktownie szukają cienia - ich organizm po prostu nie zna takiego gorąca.

Sheared, and still they seek the shade. Why?

Alpacas come from the high plateaus of the Andes - living at altitudes of up to 4,000 metres above sea level.
That's a completely different climate to a European summer: thin air, big swings between day and night-time temperatures, but never the kind of heat lowland dwellers are used to.
So even when sheared, stripped of their fluffy fleece, alpacas instinctively seek out the shade - their bodies simply don't know that kind of heat.
