Enlightened objects for personal spaces. Schwung is a lighting concept, connecting aesthetic and quality through matter.

An exploration of history, forms and function, elegantly fulfilling an essential need of modern life, capturing light. Our pieces play with architecture or create spaces of their own. Founded by Dominique Sente (Belgium) and Rudi Nijssen (Netherlands). What began as a curiosity for objects, a venture in collecting, curating and trading antiques - became a passion to create original designs.

Villa Apollon, Saint-Tropez.

A beautiful balance of architecture, materials and light.

Sculptural forms, delicate textures and the warmth of Schwung lighting come together in this Mediterranean residence.

A setting where even the smallest details have their place.

Hana Collection. Shaped by nature, made by hand.

A form inspired by the camellia flower. Softly sculpted glass, warm light, and the quiet presence of solid brass.

Each mouth-blown glass shade is crafted by hand in Bohemia, carrying subtle variations in shape and texture. Details that become visible when the light is on.

From the first sketches to the finished piece, Hana is a story of material, form, and craftsmanship.

Made to be appreciated, down to the smallest detail.

It's all in the way things come together.

The warmth of brass. The character of historic architecture. The quiet conversation between objects, materials, and light.

At Crossing Condotti in Rome, our Milan Table lamp becomes part of a carefully layered interior, where nothing needs to compete for attention.

Different stories, beautifully brought together.
