Every workplace tells a story. In the new office of The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Warsaw, we shaped that story as a spatial journey from the quiet unwrapping at the reception, through more expressive meeting zones, to the flexible Town Hall at the heart of the workplace.

Każde miejsce pracy opowiada swoją historię. W nowym biurze The Magnum Ice Cream Company w Warszawie nadaliśmy jej formę przestrzennej podróży od subtelnego motywu „unwrapping” w recepcji, przez bardziej wyraziste strefy spotkań, aż po elastyczną przestrzeń Town Hall w samym sercu biura.

For The Magnum Ice Cream Company’s new workplace, we looked for a way to translate the world of a strong, recognizable brand into the language of interior architecture through color, light, materials, and form - without simply replicating the product itself. Serious Playfulness became the framework that made this balance possible.

Warszawa. 550 m². 2026. Nowe biuro The Magnum Ice Cream Company.

Dla nowego biura Magnum szukaliśmy sposobu na przełożenie świata silnej, rozpoznawalnej marki na język architektury wnętrz poprzez kolor, światło, materiały i formę - bez dosłownego odwzorowywania samego produktu. Serious Playfulness stało się ramą koncepcyjną, która pozwoliła zachować tę równowagę.

At Conestogo Park Square, we designed the Rooftop Community Center as a natural extension of everyday life - bringing together spaces for relaxation, connection, and activity.

Greenery organizes the layout, creates a sense of privacy, and gives the space its distinctive identity.

The starting point for Conestogo Park Square was the everyday needs and routines of its future residents. That is why the shared amenities from the coworking space to the fitness and wellness facilities form a cohesive environment that supports work, movement, social connection, and relaxation.

A well-designed building does not end at the apartment door.

Punktem wyjścia dla projektu Conestogo Park Square były codzienne potrzeby i nawyki przyszłych mieszkańców. Dlatego przestrzenie wspólne, od coworkingu po strefy fitness i wellness, tworzą spójną całość wspierającą pracę, aktywność, spotkania i odpoczynek.

What should an entrance lobby be in a contemporary residential building?

We believe it should be far more than a passage to the elevators. It should mark the beginning of the resident experience, seamlessly connecting the lounge, coworking spaces, and every shared environment that follows.

Because thoughtfully designed common areas are not an extra - they define a building’s identity and shape how residents experience it every day.

This is not just another residential development. It is part of a future neighborhood.

From our very first conversations, it was clear that we were designing something far greater than a single building. Our goal was to create a place that would not only perform well on opening day but continue to serve its residents for years to come.

Because the success of a development is not defined by the number of floors. It is defined by how residents feel every day when they return home.

To nie jest kolejna inwestycja mieszkaniowa. To fragment przyszłej dzielnicy.

Już podczas pierwszych rozmów było jasne, że projektujemy coś znacznie większego niż pojedynczy budynek. Naszym celem było stworzenie miejsca, które będzie dobrze funkcjonować nie tylko w dniu oddania inwestycji, ale przez wiele kolejnych lat.

Bo o sukcesie inwestycji nie decyduje liczba kondygnacji. Decyduje o nim to, jak mieszkańcy czują się każdego dnia, kiedy wracają do domu.

Czy projektowanie po drugiej stronie oceanu ma sens?
Praca nad Conestogo Park Square pokazała nam, że dobra architektura nie zna granic. Liczy się proces, współpraca i wspólna wizja.

To pierwszy post z serii, w której pokażemy kulisy projektu realizowanego w Kanadzie oraz opowiemy, jak powstają przestrzenie zaprojektowane z myślą o codziennym życiu mieszkańców.
