POSITION: Design Project Manager

Seeking a design project manager who is highly organized and detail oriented. This individual will be responsible for the budgeting, scoping and scheduling of design activities on multiple residential projects– from concept, through construction. The ideal candidate is prepared to start immediately.

REQUIREMENTS
Five years of post-academic experience working in all phases of interior design
Prior project management experience preferred
Proficient in Excel and AutoCAD
Ability to track, control and understand budget, scope and schedule during all phases of the project
Understanding and development of drawings from schematic design through construction documents
Effectively manages design team to ensure completion in accordance to project schedule
Knowledge of how design disciplines work together and are related to schedule requirements
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner both verbally and in writing
Ability to be independent and work with little supervision
Experience in organization and coordination in conjunction with construction management
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

LOCATION
Remote optional for EST/AST time zone.
Ideal candidate will relocate to Puerto Rico

COMPENSATION
$75,000 - $85,000 annually
