A chegada de um novo ano faz-nos parar por um instante e respirar fundo.
É neste silêncio que percebemos o quanto vivemos. Os sorrisos partilhados com clientes, parceiros, equipa e amigos. Os desafios que nos fizeram crescer, os projetos que nos transformaram. Foi um ano feito de passos firmes, de trabalho com propósito e de um crescimento que se sente não só no que fizemos, mas para onde caminhamos.
Agora, com o coração cheio de gratidão, abrimos espaço para um novo ano.

As the new year approaches, it invites us to pause for a moment and breathe.
In this quiet space, we realise how much we’ve lived. The smiles shared with clients, partners, our team and friends, the challenges that shaped us, the projects that helped us grow. 2025 was built on steady steps, meaningful work and a kind of growth that shows not only in what we achieved, but in who we are becoming.
Now, with gratitude, we open our hearts to a new cycle.

Se algum dia pensares em plantar uma árvore no teu jardim, não hesites.

Esta romãzeira, embora ainda jovem, marca o ritmo das estações, lembrando-nos constantemente de que a Casa também vive do tempo.

O amplo pátio da Casa da Verdizela onde se encontra, é o cenário perfeito tanto para momentos serenos como para celebrações, onde o quotidiano ganha um significado especial.

If you’re contemplating the idea of planting a tree in your garden, seize the opportunity and go for it.

This pomegranate tree, still in its infancy, beautifully symbolizes the rhythm of the seasons, constantly reminding us that the House is intertwined with the flow of time.

The expansive courtyard of the House is the perfect backdrop for both tranquil moments and lively celebrations, where everyday life becomes truly meaningful.

É aqui que pulsa o coração desta Casa. É aqui, onde a área de estar se abre em diálogo com o pátio.

Entre o dentro e o fora, a Casa da Verdizela respira desta relação contínua, feita de contrastes:  alto e baixo, a sombra e a claridade. Cada dia transforma o habitual em experiência. Cada instante revela uma nova forma de habitar. Gostamos de pensar os espaços assim. Vivos, provocadores, capazes de nos tocar.

A sala, pela sua dimensão e centralidade, ergue-se como palco de encontros e memórias, revelando-se de modo distinto ao longo do tempo. A escada conduz ao silêncio dos quartos e ao passadiço superior — lugar secreto, perfeito para lançar aviões de papel e sonhos ao ar. Na área de jantar, o duplo pé-direito eleva o olhar e convida à partilha, abrindo o espaço à convivência. E na área de estar, banhada de luz, o diálogo com o grande pátio social é constante.  

Qual é, afinal, o coração da tua Casa?

The heart of this House beats here. Here, in the living area, it opens itself to dialogue with the courtyard.

Between inside and outside, the Verdizela House breathes through this continuous relationship, woven from contrasts: high and low, shadow and light. Each day transforms the ordinary into an experience, and each moment reveals a new way of inhabiting. We like to imagine spaces this way — alive, provocative, capable of stirring something within us.

The living room, by its scale and centrality, rises as a stage for encounters and memories, unveiling itself differently over time. The staircase leads to the silence of the bedrooms and to the upper walkway — a secret place, perfect for launching paper planes and dreams into the air. In the dining area, the double-height ceiling lifts the gaze upward and invites sharing, opening the space to the verticality of conviviality.

And in the sitting area, bathed in light, the dialogue with the great social courtyard is constant.

So, what is the heart of your House?

Descartar por completo o que existe e recomeçar com uma folha em branco sem influência de contexto nem passado.

Sometimes, it feels refreshing to start with a clean slate.
It can be liberating to completely discard what exists and begin anew with a blank sheet of paper, free from the influence of the previous context or history of the space.
This is one of those instances.

Quando visitámos este apartamento, foi para nós muito claro o seu potencial. Embora estivéssemos perante uma tipologia muito rígida, a sua configuração original apresentava características que nos permitiram reestruturar este espaço por completo.

A alteração mais profunda caracteriza-se pela clara separação das áreas privada e social, privilegiando nesta última, um ambiente fluído e permeável. Este ênfase na amplitude, permitiu-nos igualmente tirar um maior partido da luz natural, tornando o espaço da sala, cozinha e entrada, mais claros, luminosos e acolhedores.

When we first stepped into this apartment, we could sense its potential right away, just like you might feel when you walk into a space that holds so much possibility. Although we encountered a somewhat rigid layout, the original design had features that allowed us to restructure the space completely.

One of the most meaningful changes we made was creating a clear separation between the private and social areas. We understood how important it is to have an inviting and open atmosphere for gatherings and everyday living. This emphasis on spaciousness helped us bring in more natural light, transforming the living room, kitchen, and entryway into bright and welcoming areas. We believe these improvements align beautifully with modern living, making the space feel like a home that embraces connection and comfort.
