We are delighted to be part of this special edition of , celebrating 25 years of stories, people and projects that have shaped the world of architecture, design and lifestyle.

We were invited to reflect on the future of architecture and the importance of memory in the way we design and inhabit spaces.

In the Algarve, this responsibility takes on a particular meaning. Its heritage, landscape and the relationship between architecture and the way we live continue to be essential references in our work.

Architecture does not begin with us, nor does it end with us. It emerges from the dialogue between what a place was, what it is, and what it may become. Our role is to interpret that continuity with respect, adding value without losing the identity that makes each place unique.

At PLAN, this idea is deeply connected to our history and the legacy we have inherited. We believe in an architecture capable of evolving without losing its principles: rigour, quality, identity and respect for place.
