Hey everyone! Happy Monday 👋
Jonathan here, original founder of the FHP. I could really do with a small favour from anyone who's ever eaten my food, worked with me or for me, attended any cooking classes or pop up, events, meals or anyone really I’ve cooked for or who has been a part of my culinary journey over the years, even if it’s just a Curry, BBQ or some canapés …
Whether that was here in Portugal, the UK, Asia, France, Thailand or anywhere else over the past 20 years! ( Positive rather than negative would kind of help 🤣!)
When I launched my new website a couple of years ago ALGARVE CHEFS TABLE , I sadly lost access to all my old reviews and testimonials, which means it looks a little like I just started out… which is definitely not the case!
If you've ever enjoyed a meal I've cooked for you — a private dinner, an event, a holiday, anything at all and you'd be happy to share a few kind words, could you just drop a comment below? Even just a sentence or two about your experience would mean the world to me.
I just want to simply copy and paste them over to my website so people can get a real sense of the food and the experience before booking. Legit comments only please and no cheeky ones 🙂
In future il stop being so shy and start to ask clients to leave reviews online etc..
Even if it all went sideways with Helene and the Farmhouse Project, I thank her for her help in the early days and I hope her new project bring back some culinary passion.
I will also take this opportunity to apologise to all the clients who have been trying to contact the FHP over the past couple of years, I apologise if it came across at any time unprofessional, sorry that wasn’t down to me as my access was denied.
