Well let’s talk for first time a liitle bit about me:
Who I am? I am a boy from Patagonia, Argentina, from a hard-working, united, humble family that, by the way, has also been dedicated to hospitality/gastronomy for even more than 30 years with a lot of art and crafts involved (So thanks to them mainly) lover of the landscape, the sun, music, the countryside, the mountains, the beach, sports, animals, good food and good sleep 😁. Graduated with the title of international chef (but I just consider myself as a cook, sometimes really good sometimes regular, but always with love on the plate) with great passion for sushi and other areas (such as meats, cocktails and craft b**r making, among others) I believe that sushi is my forte and with what I achieved the most smiles, gratitude and fulfillment in life 😄🍣… you might wonder why sushi? If you are from Argentina? Well, it had to be that way, I discovered the passion 16 years ago and worked on it for several more years, as an employee, owner, private chef and different caterings in the area. I still don’t speak Japanese 😅 and I consider myself lucky to have been able to do this art of cooking for so many years and bring happiness to so many people. enormously grateful, I don’t want to fail to mention that it was more than a lot of turbulence, great setbacks, blows and miracles for me to be here today, I can only say, trusted in yourselves, always be grateful and move forward. . with your dreams, whether they are small, big, just one or many.
