Scarlleta Rose, is a 2 person Team that share a huge love of Upcycling, Styling on a Budget, DIY & of course Frenchic Chalk Paint. At the start of 2022 - Chloe & Jack decided to jump all in and turn their passion into a full time vibe, turning one of their annexs into a creative Workshop and applying to become Stockists. Fast forward to 2023 - 1 annex became 3, countless Upcycled Pieces, Consulations, Styling Projects and more pots of paint than we can count.

- Introducing Stoneywood, our sleek contemporary new coffee table 🤎

This table was so so dated when Jack sourced it, it was so bad that for the first time ever, I was doubting what we would even do with it, but I take it all back, it was the most fun I've had with a piece in ages and I honestly absolutely love it now!

By merging our go to stone style effect with a lightened wood tone on the legs, this coffee table looks sleek and contemporary, and positively oozes sophistication whilst the colour palette keeps it perfectly bang on trend. It is definitely not the lightest coffee table in the world and it has been top coated for extra durability.

Post humongous cleaning of this bench (it was covered in moss!) Jack carried out his Mr Fix It duties, tightening and fixing the frame before deciding to completely replace the sides & the seat for maximum longevity and stability.

Would make for a fabulous addition to any balcony, patio or garden space.

It's why we honestly love doing consults and diving into deeper conversations around what inspires our clients to transform their furniture pieces in the first place and what they're looking to achieve...

It may sound a little more longwinded than what you expected from a "painting furniture consult" but thats where we remind you, we're not just people that paint things, we're Furniture Artists and one of us just so happens to see life through a colour chart.

So before we can offer the best colour or shade suggestions sometimes we need to look further into what our clients want to achieve, sometimes that's a showstopper that's a bold standalone statement, othertimes it's more about creating serenity and other times it's about creating a piece that envokes feelings.

A blank canvas for me as a Frenchic Furniture Artist, is just an excuse to create something special and bespoke.

I wanted to keep this chest quite neutral toned and true to its country style, but elevate it in a way only florals and gold do. Scroll to the end for a close up of the gold detailing.

Perfect for storage, a design accent or even as a coffee table.

Normally all our benches are complete Jack creations, this one however was preloved, but with it coming to us in such a sorry state that Jack once again had to work his magic fixing, tightening and replacing half of the original bench anyway... So in the end, it may as well have been a Jack creation after all.

Painted in a lovely tropical green that changes shade as the lighting changes throughout the day, due to its size its ideal for any garden, patio or balcony space.

- The power of paint 🤎

This Commissioned double bed frame was taken in on our Bloom Package, so cleaned and sanded with a few minor areas filled with our carbon filler, then once cleaned it was painted in this gorgeous greige shade to match the matching bedroom set we posted previously.

Once again, photos were taken before items were wrapped and due to owners house refurbishment we probably won't see this put together till later in the year.

But doesn't the paint colour just do it justice!?

This bedroom set is all handmade, merging an English pine chest of drawers with a pair of Portuguese pine bedside tables, it is a set that is built to last, but now with just that little extra touch of cottage botanical elegance.

Due to its on trend neutral palette its perfect for master bedroom, guest bedroom or even child to teenagers room

Another simpler commission piece transformed and once again proving that not every commission we take in has to eccentric, large or even a long process.

Taken in on our Blossom Package, this chair has been cleaned, painted and then waxed for extra durability as it's owner spends a lot of his time sat in it... Swipe for a before photo.
