One ceiling lamp per room? That's history.

Modern interiors use layered lighting.

Here are 4 trends from this project:
1. Magnetic track systems. Slim black profiles with adjustable spotlights. You can move, add or swap spots without new wiring.
2. Hidden cove lighting. LED strips concealed in the drop ceiling give soft, indirect light. Ceilings feel higher and the room feels calmer.
3. Light built into architecture. LED profiles in slatted walls and lights under every stair tread: decorative by day, safe orientation at night.
4. Sculptural pendants. The fixture becomes a design object. Geometric shapes like Giotto's ring and line bring art into the room.

One circle. One line. One statement.
In this project, the Giotto pendant became the centerpiece of the dining area. Its pure geometry contrasts with the warm oak, the slatted wall panels and the soft textiles.

Giotto is contemporary Italian design reduced to essentials. A slim metal frame holds integrated LEDs with warm 3000K light, which makes food look appetizing and faces look natural.

Tips for hanging a pendant over a dining table:
• Height: 75–85 cm between the bottom of the fixture and the tabletop
• Proportion: a linear pendant should be about ⅔ the length of the table
• Dimming: bright for family dinners, soft for evenings with guests
• Layering: here Giotto works with ceiling cove lighting and LED profiles in the slatted wall

Suspended, not fixed — the Dama ceiling light takes on a second form. A slim black canopy and steel cables lower the same microprismatic diffuser just enough to define the space beneath it, in sand black with a gold interior.
