Job Title: Design BIM Engineer Team Leader

Experience Required:
Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design, with proven experience in team leadership and management of design projects within Saudi Arabia.

Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the design department to ensure high-quality and innovative design solutions.
• Oversee all stages of architectural and interior design projects, from concept development to final delivery.
• Coordinate with other departments (engineering, project management, and construction) to align design goals with project requirements.
• Review and approve design concepts, layouts, drawings, and material selections.
• Manage, mentor, and support the design team to enhance creativity and productivity.
• Ensure all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and client expectations.
• Supervise project timelines, resource allocation, and workload distribution to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to present and justify design proposals.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in both architectural and interior design, including leadership roles.
• Excellent proficiency in major design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in handling Saudi Arabia-based projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under pressure

- Work days: From Sunday To Thursday & 2 Days off

Job Title: BIM Structural Engineer

Experience Required: 1 : 3 years

Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Structural Engineer with 1 : 3 years of experience in structural design and coordination for residential and commercial projects within the KSA.
The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and proven expertise in structural analysis, design, and documentation using advanced engineering software.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structural design and analysis for residential and commercial buildings in compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC).
• Prepare and review structural drawings, design calculations, and reports.
• Coordinate with architectural, mechanical, and electrical teams to ensure design integration and accuracy.
• Participate in BIM coordination processes and resolve multidisciplinary design conflicts.
• Utilize Revit and other BIM tools for modeling, documentation, and clash detection.
• Conduct technical reviews, quality checks, and value engineering when required.
• Provide technical support during construction phases and resolve design-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 6 Months of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Have knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and international design standards.
• Proficiency in Revit, ETABS, SAFE, and other structural design software.
• Good in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional certification or membership (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers) is an advantage.
