🙏 A message to all my followers 🥰

Facebook algorithms are destroying small business pages. Not just mine, but thousands of others too.

🤗 When a business like ours posts content on a regular basis, Facebook will only distribute to 20% of followers. It will also distribute to those who are not followers but have similar interests.

✅ The algorithm will measure only 2 things - Watch Time & Engagement. If you as a follower spend time reading or watching our content, that specific content will boost to more people with similar interests.
😥 If there is no interaction on any content, there is no boost meaning that Facebook will expect businesses to pay to boost that post.

✅ As followers of any business page, not just mine, a share, comment, like on any content posted will keep the algorithm moving, allowing for pages to continue running smoothly, effectively, and free.

🙏 Please, please, if you see any business page with little interaction, leave a like, leave a comment, or share that post. It costs you as followers nothing to do, but means a great deal to all small businesses.

🤗 Please like, share, comment on this post so it reaches out far and wide and let's support each other together. We as a business are not just out to take, but we also like to give back too, by giveaways, free competitions etc .... But we can't do it without the help of you, my followers are the best supporters!

I have taken an old glass jar, painted it white, then decoupaged the pumpkin design on, and finished with a top coat of gloss
