Cosy knitwear ✨

Don’t you just love the feeling of putting on something cosy? Whether it’s a pair of socks or a jumper, grabbing a cup of hot cocoa and snuggling on the couch. If you’ve ever experienced those feelings- that’s called ‘Hygge’. Pronounced ‘Who Gah’.

It’s a Danish word to acknowledge a feeling or a moment of being cosy and we love it! It’s also been a defining characteristic of Danish culture and can include feelings of contentment and well-being.

So what’s your favourite Hygge?

Hey hey Hello May!

It’s officially a new month and we didn’t see it coming either.

But since we’re now fully in the mode of spring let’s talk about flowers.

Our favourites our peonies and since they only come out in spring our home gets filled with them.

What’s your all time favourite flower?

How many of you keep a journal? Journal writing can be a great way to help with any overwhelming thoughts and feelings such as stress or anxiety.

It’s a healthy way to track your emotions and an excellent way to examine what could be blocking your way to a calmer mind.

Try these tips to help you get started with journaling:

1. Try to write every day. Set aside a few minutes every day to write. This will help you to write in your journal regularly.

2. Make it easy. Keep a pen and paper handy at all times. Then when you want to write down your thoughts, you can. You can also keep a journal in a computer file.

3. Write whatever feels right. Your journal doesn't need to follow any certain structure. It's your own private place to discuss whatever you want. Let the words flow freely. Don't worry about spelling mistakes or what other people might think.

4. Use your journal as you see fit. You don't have to share your journal with anyone. If you do want to share some of your thoughts with trusted friends and loved ones, you could show them parts of your journal.

What's your favourite scent?

Nothing is more memorable than a smell. Thats why we love candles so much! They take us back to a time and a place, cinnamon can remind us of Christmas, while notes of vanilla can make us feel cosy and at home because they remind us of fresh laundry.

Our favourite scent is Pine (obviously). It reminds us of the outdoors, Christmas whilst creating a rich and warm feel that gives us the ultimate feeling of being cosy.
