Fresh food during the heatwave in June.

I am trying the creative and delicious recipes from the C'est meilleur quand c'est bon last magazine for summer!
I almost never follow recipes. Even less coming from magazines!
It is the first time since decades i find a great food magazine!
I recommend!

1/ Kind of Greek salad
2/ Spanish p***a, an upgraded gazpacho!
3/ Courgettes, apricot and gost cheese salad
4/ True Niçoise
5/ Asian noodles salad with tofu
6/ Mexican taco with prawns

A soft pre-Easter Sunday exactly how i like them: spring weather, sweet breeze and sun… the best coffee and bakeries in town!
Do you know fougasse bread? It is a typical flat bread from Provence. It is made with olive oil and orange blossom, it is delicious!!!! And flowery aromas of the coffee with the orange blossom fougasse is just the best way to enter spring…
