It has been quiet over here for some time now. Our trip to Sweden and resting has made me think and reflect over many things these past silent weeks. It is with that I have come to the hard decision of closing down Lagom.

I have learned so many things that I take with me from this experience and am utterly grateful for all the support I have received from everyone.

A closing sale will be coming very soon and I hope you'd like to support me one last time by helping me empty out my inventory😉🌻

POSTCARD 🇸🇪 | Merry Christmas from Sweden!

In the Nordic countries we celebrate on Christmas Eve and today we will be gathering with my sisters family. Mother earth has blessed us with a dusting of snow (very rare) and a clear blue sky on this day. It's the perfect setting!

It feels good to be here, spending time with family and recharging my batteries.

Just in time for first of Advent, our popular beeswax tapers have been restocked including an additional colour perfect for Christmas🌲

On a side note, I have been debating with myself if we should participate in the Black Friday race or not. Since I haven't been able to decide how to go about it and it has now arrived, we are taking a rain check this year.

To be honest , I am thorn between acknowledging and celebrating Nordic traditions as well as North American ones. As an immigrant I think it is important to do both, but Black Friday is not one of my favorites. I'd rather acknowledge deeper rooted traditions and celebrate those with sales.

Oh, this side note got rather long, didn't it? 🙃
