we looove sheet pan taco recipes around here 🌮

something about me is I love to nerd out over spices. Blues Hog uses world champion pitmasters to test the seasonings before they get bottled so you KNOW they’re gonna be high quality. I always grab the ‘Ritas & Fajitas rub and then we’re using the Jalapeño Lime Ranch drizzled on top. boom - dinner is ready in 30 minutes and is absolutely packed with flavour.

SUNDAY SUPPERS 🍽️

for this weekend I thought I’d share my creamy Boursin chicken with you! I hadn’t made this one in a while and have a package of chicken thighs in the fridge, so this is definitely gonna be our family supper this Sunday.

one pan dishes are amazing, not even just for the easy clean-up, but because sooo much flavour builds along the way. The flavours of the rendered chicken fat, the shallot, the nutty couscous, and the white w**e all come through in the final dish. I love stirring in the chopped kale for a bit of green (spinach is perfect too)
