The Rare Tour in Nashville, June 9–11, has come to an end.
It’s hard to explain what it feels like to be part of an operation like this. The journey started six months ago with planning, menu development, and countless hours of preparation, all the way until the last guest left the restaurant.
Now that it’s over, it feels strange and a little empty to leave all the new friends we’ve made after spending so many long hours working together.
A huge thank to all the staff and everyone behind the incredible Prime & Proper. Thank you to The Rare Tour for bringing the steakhouse community closer together and creating a platform where we can share knowledge, learn from one another, and continue to grow.
Thank you to all my close American friends who traveled from across the country to support us. And most importantly, thank you to all the guests who joined us, I truly hope we lived up to your expectations.
