🤬DISSAPPOINTED .
This is from HUPFARRI HARDWARE PTE LTD, Ordered 2 sets of OTTO White WC for my client but 1 set of the water tank was broken when we open the box. Our Plumber was shocked, I then reported to HUPFARRI HARDWARE. They refused to replace instead ask to purchase new one.. ITEM WAS BROKEN IN BOX YET NO REPLACEMENT. Being supporting their business for over 18years. ???🤬😡 When this happen to you, will still support or purchase from them?
