Every design student hears the same thing. Get experience first. It’s a closed loop, and most people wait it out. Our top four designers didn’t.

Trixia took a brief with no colour scheme and almost no detail.

Aisyah learned the major difference between a university project vs her first real client project right from the get go.

Menna drew the plans and the renders, then watched it get built.

Claudia’s client kept changing her mind.

Four live projects, four properties, every one mentor-reviewed before a client saw it. Applications to our talent pool are open.

A real client. A real constraint. A real result.

Triple-A needed their Singapore office to handle their growing team, and the pantry had to do more of the work. The sink couldn't be moved, so Reine Jaber designed the room around it. One long counter, seating for about 30, brand colour in the tile.

Reine's brief came with a live client, a mentor reviewing every stage, and a deadline. That's how every project on the platform runs.

If you're early in your design career and want that on your portfolio, applications are open on a rolling basis at the link in our bio 🔗

Every renovation brief has one thing that decides the rest of the room. For this office pantry, it was the sink.

Four designers, same brief, four different rooms.

Mentor-reviewed before the client saw any of them. Swipe for all four.

Triple-A’s Singapore office is expanding. The pantry had to grow with it. The plumbing was fixed, so the sink stayed put and every layout had to work around it.

Menna Allah Ali zoned by dwell time.

Reine built on what was already there.

Aisyah Radhiah led with colour.

Denice planned outward from the plumbing

Ask Delphine what junior designers get wrong about creating a sense of place, and she won’t hesitate.

She shares three things with us, and the second one is almost every moodboard we see 👀 The full conversation with Delphine, Catherine, and Accor’s Elodie Noel is in the link in bio

We asked Elodie Noel what separates one luxury hotel from another, and her answer wasn’t about the materials.

She heads design strategy for Accor’s luxury brands, so she’s seen plenty of beautiful rooms. Her point is that beautiful is where you start. After that it’s about local know-how, things that last, and giving someone a reason to remember where they were.

If you’re putting a portfolio together right now, that’s a useful thing to keep in mind. Full chat with Catherine Arnal and Delphine is in our bio.

AI is changing how designers work. We wanted to hear it straight from the people using it. So we got Juniors & Mentors in a room and talked it through.

What helps, what doesn’t, what to watch for.

If this is the kind of studio you want to learn in, our talent pool is open. Link in our bio to apply today
