Delivery
We will deliver your products to your doorstep in 1 - 3 days depending on your postal code. Delivery fee will be calculated on your order depending on weight and sizes of products. Re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete or incorrect address will incur an additional delivery payment which will be covered by you. Upon delivery of the Product, you are required to sign for deliv
ery. Return / Exchange
You may exchange the items within 3 days in the following cases :
1) You have received a defective item.
2) There is an error in the item you received based on your order placed. Please note that you must keep the items in the state when you received. We will deliver and exchange the items at our cost only if item is defective. Return / Exchange will not be accepted other than those stated above.
