some weddings feel overly styled, but this one was designed to feel alive like the florals naturally belonged to the space.

Layered with soft peach roses, delicate blues, wild textures, and cascading orchids, the entire styling was created with an organic garden-inspired approach that feels effortless from every angle.

From the lush reception florals, to the intimate framed photo corner, down to the understated table arrangements by the windows, everything was kept soft, immersive, and quietly elegant without feeling overly formal.

One of our favourite details was how beautifully the florals blended with the warm wood textures and natural greenery at Min Jiang at Dempsey, creating a celebration that felt calm, romantic, and deeply personal.✨

Some weddings come together quickly, but this one was a journey we built together over almost a year 🤍💫

From the very first conversation with Jo Wei, we instantly connected on the same vision — an open, forest garden inspired wedding that felt calm, immersive, and full of nature. She specifically wanted no traditional stage setup, but instead an open window concept inspired by the feeling of a Hokkaido forest, surrounded by lush florals, layered hedges, and an enchanting garden atmosphere.

By spending months discussing ideas, refining sketches, adjusting details, and slowly shaping every part of the space together. From the floral arch structure to the flow of the hedges and textures, every amendment brought us closer to the exact feeling she imagined — as if the entire venue was transformed into a hidden forest garden 🌿🌸
