Some homes tell you what era they’re in. This one refuses to pick.

At this 2-bedroom unit on Sturdee Rd, Kerrisdale Condo, we let retro and modern argue it out in every room. Terracotta walls hold their own against sharp black fixtures. Forest green tile turns moody instead of murky. Brass catches the light like it’s from another decade, next to lines that feel unmistakably now.

Nothing here is trying to look old or new. It’s just trying to look right.

The final cost can vary depending on the height, length, internal structure, laminate selection, finishing details and even how the carpentry is built to fit the space.
