Lift lobbies are designed as an extension of the public area with panels of textured wood planking that wrap into the corridor. The corridor is divided into sections so that there is a differentiation between guestroom access and the service riser panelling. This in turn makes the corridor more interesting and less monotonous.
The re-purposed light industrial building has multiple ceiling heights determining a range of guestroom ceiling heights, from relatively low to almost double height on some of the lower floors. With open wardrobes, steel frames and printed graphic artwork depicting colour adjusted landscape impressions. The rooms have a connection to the project as a whole while being cosy and welcoming. Balconies have the exterior façade treatments wrapping into the rooms to connect the exterior to the interior and there are sections of façade that have planter boxes which relates to views over the tree canopies outside.
