You’re not stuck because you lack talent.
You’re not stuck because you don’t care.
You’re not stuck because you need another course.
Most creative businesses stall because implementation is hard — especially when you’re doing everything alone.
As potters, we carry so many roles- maker, marketer, planner, photographer, decision-maker.
And when no one is checking in, it becomes very easy to drift.
Pricing gets postponed.
Listings stay unfinished.
Launches move to “next month.”
Not because you’re incapable.
But because there’s no structure holding your goals in place.
That’s exactly why I created the Potter’s Accountability Circle — a gentle, structured space designed to help you actually follow through.
Not hustle.
Not pressure.
Just steady progress.
If this resonates, comment CIRCLE to join the waitlist.

Let’s talk about test tiles — the one thing every potter knows they should make… but many of us avoid (hi, it’s me 🙋🏻‍♀️).
I’ll be honest: I don’t particularly enjoy making them. I’m impatient by nature (yes, the irony of being an impatient potter is not lost on me 😅). And every time I’ve skipped test tiles, I’ve paid for it.
Here’s what impatience has cost me:
• Glazes turning out muddy and dull because I tested a bright celadon on a brown clay body
• Beautiful textures disappearing completely under a glaze I didn’t test
• Kiln shelves ruined because a glaze ran right off the pot (RIP to those shelves 🪦)
So here’s my gentle reminder to you (and to myself):
✨ Always test glazes that are new to you.
Even if someone else’s results look perfect, remember — your clay body, your kiln, and your firing schedule are unique.
A little time spent on test tiles now can save a lot of heartbreak later.

I’d love to know—do you have any tips for making the test-tile process more enjoyable?
