This is a late post cos ya gurl is down with the sickies.

Today is Vishu, the Malayalam new year.

Growing up (and even today) I remember the whole ' don't open your eyes until you see the Vishu Kani' thing.

It's not only about tradition but also intention. About choosing what you want your year to begin with. What you want to focus on. What you want to invite in.

And I love how this lines up with the energy of this season. Everything is soft- resetting. Nature is starting again. There's this quiet sense of possibility in the air.

So whether you celebrate Vishu or not, maybe take this as your sign to pause for a second and ask yourself,

Do you ever just feel kinda blue? 👤

Nothing is wrong but you just feel off and out of sync. No amount of journaling or thinking is really shifting anything.

This might be your Chakras asking for a lil tune up. Chakras are energy centres in your body that each relate to different parts of your physical, emotional and mental state.
