Swapped the usual dinner and dance for drinks and dance this year at Swissôtel The Stamford — Skai Loft. 71 floors up felt right for a "to greater heights" theme.

Sienna. Warm, earthy, and quietly confident. That is this home in one word.

When the homeowners came to us, they wanted something that felt genuinely warm and personal. Not just another neutral home but one that had real depth to it. So we built everything around that warmth. Layers of sandy beige and raw plaster textures on the walls, a travertine TV console that grounds the living room, and cove lighting throughout that turns the whole space golden the moment the sun goes down.

Mid-century modern taken seriously but not too seriously. That is Circa Sixty in one line.

The brief was mid-century modern with dopamine energy and that combination pushed us in the best way. We kept the bones classic and let the personality come through in the details. Terracotta walls, a checkerboard terrazzo foyer, a Tiffany stained glass pendant above the dining table, copper disc sconces stacked down a dark corridor, and a botanical tile arch above the coffee and w**e bar. The 1960s but with a modern soul. 🤍
