Am I Addicted - Junior / Senior Ceramic Instructor!

Rate: Junior Ceramic Instructor - $2,200 - 3,000
Senior Ceramic Instructor - $2,600 - 3,500
Part-time Instructor - $30-60 each session

General Requirements:
* Candidates with at least a diploma or degree in 3D art-related qualifications, especially pottery;
* Possess intermediate knowledge of ceramics (throwing, trimming, and glazing);
* Able to make sake sets and teapot sets;
* Experience with teaching ceramics will be an absolute advantage;
* Passionate about working in the ceramics industry;
* Responsible and well-organized;
* Good communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers;

As part of the INITIA Group, we’re a thriving community of artists and creators. Our 3 to 6-month Art Internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain professional experience across various recreational art activities, guided by our professional team.

This is more than just an internship; it’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in the art world, understand the ins and outs of running an art studio, and discover your career path in the creative industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work closely with Studio Instructors, Clients and other interns to support the day to day operations of the studio
• Mix and apply paint, varnishes, and necessary solvents
• Assisting in using a variety of tools to achieve the desired finish on painted surface of the project
• Set up and take down additional equipment as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
• With Passion or Skill with paint, varnish, and other associated products is a PLUS, but not REQUIRED
• Have interest in any hands on recreational activities

Am I Addicted is in need of 10 ART STUDIO INTERNS!

As part of the INITIA Group, we aim to create a guild-like platform for all Singapore ceramic artists and makers. The three to six-month internship program will provide professional experience under the supervision of different department managers. We hope that the intern will gain an in-depth understanding of the operation and maintenance of a ceramic studio to inspire their direction of career path.

General Requirements
* Candidates who are currently enrolled in a 3D art-related tertiary institution (especially in pottery), or with at least a diploma or degree in 3D art-related qualifications;
* Have basic knowledge and experience in ceramic or pottery-making will be an advantage
* Passionate and interested in learning more about ceramics;
* A team player, proactive and eager to learn;
* A minimum commitment period of 3 to 6 months is required;
* We are open in accepting School & Non-School Internship Applications!
