CERIA is tart cherry and ripe peach over a black tea base, with a splash of coconut water to round it off. No vinegar punch, nothing sharp on the finish. Soft fruit, gentle fizz, barely sweet.

Is it still real kombucha? Yes. Naturally fermented, unpasteurised, live cultures, low sugar. Just quieter about it.

No queue. No dairy. Just pure white peach & roasted Tie Guan Yin. 🍑🤍

You already know the flavor, you’ve stood in line for the milk tea version. I wanted to know what happened if we fermented those exact notes instead.

It took 3 attempts:
⚬ Batch 1: Too sweet
⚬ Batch 2: Lost the peach entirely
⚬ Batch 3: Roasted, floral, pale gold, and just the right amount of sweetness.

Live cultures, low sugar, and brewed small-batch in my kitchen. When this single seasonal run is gone, it’s done until next year.

LYORA is lychee and Shine Muscat over a green tea base, finished with a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Floral up front, crisp through the middle, and a faint mineral edge at the end that makes the fruit taste like more fruit.

Green tea is our lightest-caffeine base. Long slow ferment, live cultures, low sugar, brewed to order in Singapore.

For the people who don’t need their drink to be the loudest thing in the room. 🤍

Everything in this video, we do it by hand. 🍊

That’s a manual press. No machine, no shortcut just us putting our entire body weight onto a lever at 7am while training my arms.

Then straining. Then funnelling. Then bottling one at a time at my own kitchen counter. Even the labels get cut by hand.

There is no factory. There’s me, a timer, and a very patient countertop.

This is why I brew to order instead of keeping stock sitting around. Fruit pressed fresh doesn’t wait, and I’d rather you get it at its best than get it faster. Live cultures, low sugar, unpasteurised, made the week you drink it.

It’s slower. It’s harder to scale. It’s also the entire reason it tastes like this. 🤍

Two weeks off. One XTX class. I nearly threw up. 🥲

Not even exaggerating, I was doing genuine mental maths on whether I could pass out quietly in the corner without anyone noticing. Pulled through. Barely. Typing this like a war survivor.

AND CAN WE TALK ABOUT THE WEATHER. Why Singapore is a furnace and I have never wanted something cold more in my entire life.

The only thing that got me through the last 500m was knowing there was a LYORA in my fridge. Cold, dry, and weirdly sophisticated tastes like a midday cocktail. 🤍

Nobody is coming to make you do it. 🥲

Not the 5am alarm. Not the session you booked and don’t feel like showing up to. Not the third coffee you swapped out. That’s all you.

Bigger dreams call for healthier habits and healthier habits are just a hundred small boring decisions nobody claps for.

Mine look like this: train even when the motivation isn’t there. Eat like I actually respect the effort. And keep bottles of KOKÉ in the fridge so the 3pm reach for something cold doesn’t undo the morning. Low sugar, live cultures, real fruit. Cold, sharp, done.

You don’t need a full life overhaul. You need one habit you refuse to negotiate with. 🤍
