I love windows, can’t you tell? Windows bring natural light as well as natural heat in a home. Deciding how many or how big windows should be, may cause headaches for owners. The structure of your home will be the absolute constraint you have to keep in mind when deciding to create openings. Another important consideration is your budget since you will have to add the construction/demolition cost to your new window and its installation. Finally, you will need to consider the balance between wall and windows as to not overwhelm your room/house with glass! In doubt, call a consultant to advise you on the aesthetic of your window project 😉
