Choosing your bridal bouquet comes down to four things: your dress silhouette, your wedding colour palette, the season you’re getting married in, and your personal style.
If you’re wearing a ballgown, a round or cascading bouquet balances the volume.
For a sleek column or slip dress, a single-stem or loose garden bunch keeps it elegant without competing with the dress.
A-line dresses work with almost any shape.
For flowers, think season first. In Singapore, we work with blooms that are available and fresh year-round, but if you have a specific flower in mind, tell your florist at least 3 months in advance so they can source it.
Colour-wise: your bouquet doesn’t have to match your bridesmaid dresses, it just needs to feel cohesive. Whites and creams are timeless. Blush and dusty rose are romantic. Deeper tones like burgundy or terracotta photograph beautifully and add drama.
