Modern minimalism meets functional flow and Feng Shui harmony in this 5-room resale HDB flat.

Large-format tiles with epoxy grouting run throughout, creating a seamless effect that visually expands the space while offering easy maintenance. Custom carpentry introduces gentle curves, smart storage, and zoned functionality, balancing form and movement. Feng Shui elements, like a water feature for abundance and an altar facing the main door, enhance the home’s energy and sense of harmony.

For this 2-bedroom condominium at Bayshore, we crafted a quiet sanctuary where Japandi calm meets timeless form. From the reconfigured kitchen entrance and layout that invite a seamless, linear flow. To the soft neutral tones on the cabinetry and warm vinyl laminates laid over the original granite floors, every element falls into effortless harmony. Creating a space that breathes serenity and purpose.

A Toast to Minimalism
Designed for an owner who values timelessness, minimal upkeep, and the quiet ritual of winding down with a drink, this 4-room flat is crafted to be calm, clean, and deeply personal. We reconfigured the layout, removing the storeroom and relocating the master bedroom entrance to the TV feature wall. The result? A more open, breathable space with a seamless flow. For the colour palette, we stayed within soft, sophisticated greys, while sleek cabinetry and a low-profile TV console anchor the design in simplicity.

A stone's throw from Botanic gardens, this home was refreshed to reflect its owner's style, passions, and the life she has built. Designed as an inviting retreat, it's both inviting and effortless-perfect for hosting and gathering with loved ones. Expansive windows bathe the interiors in natural light, connecting indoor comfort with the lush greenery beyond. Thoughtfully crafted spaces highlight heirloom pieces passed down through generations, while art find its place in every corner, turning the home into a gallery of personal stories.

It’s All in the Details:

Design isn’t just what you see; it’s what you feel through every carefully considered element.

For this compact 2-bedroom condominium, we embraced Wabi-sabi to create a space that balances functionality with a soft, seamless aesthetic. A limestone-like laminate runs throughout, ensuring visual continuity while allowing the carpentry to stand out. Thoughtful features, like a TV console with a concealed compartment, enhance practicality, while soft curves—introduced in areas like the L-shaped wall in the dining area—add to the gentle, organic flow.

Parc Clematis, by Reimagine.

This is a project that we did earlier this year, with our focus mainly on sleek storage solutions without compromising on the aesthetics. Some display shelves were incorporated to display some of our clients’ collection.

Parc Clematis is a new condominium in the west of Singapore. The main works involved in this project are as follows ;

• carpentry works
• false ceiling works
• electrical works
• indoor and outdoor flooring
