Originated from the 1970s, we are a family of Karung Guni (rag and bone) traders and had since ventured into dealing 2nd hand furniture, operating equipment and antiquities from local hotels and residential households. Toh Chin Siong, Hock Siong strives to be a humble jungle of good quality products where customers can find good quality items at reasonable prices, so that everyone from all walks of life can enjoy a better quality of living. Our store is located in an old industrial building at 153 Kampong Ampat. In our messy space, you will be able to find (or hunt) for 2nd hand tables, chairs, lamps, posters, linen and other knick knacks.

It’s the last week of September! Time really flies…🥹

Walkie Hockie is a colourful mix of old, new-to-us and slightly unexpected finds from cute MCM pieces and vintage finds, to an Hermès throw, original signed prints (Godwin Hoffmann etc) and a very fun multi-coloured stained glass partition. My favourite this week is the Cloisonné lamp❣️❣️❣️

A little behind-the-scenes love too: Kim Hwee has been busy restoring the buttons on one of our chairs that was not featured but already in our store.

🪜Walkie Hockie 19 Sep 🥮

Let’s continue where we left off last week - we have art pieces from local artist Max Kong, Peranakan Blackwood table with stools set, a beautiful beautiful and (very interesting!) stained glass armoire.

Always celebrating pieces that carry a little art, a little culture but always lots of character (but also means some imperfection 😅)

Lastly, for this week, we are giving framed art featuring traditional embroidered slippers. We have about 30-50 pcs and they are while stocks last!
